Supports EDI solutions and developments to automate FREIGHT and WMS manual processing and reporting.

Identify and lead the acquisition of new opportunities, generating new GP for the company.

Build strong customer partnerships with decision-makers and key influencers.

Lead optimisation initiatives that measurably improve productivity and service levels, such as on-time performance, damage ratios, cost savings, etc.

Implement service dashboards to provide stakeholders with full visibility of account performance.

Lead the service delivery for account-specific IT projects by meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs for the assigned accounts.You will be responsible for specific account(s) and will collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams in the country to ensure seamless business processes, data quality, and data connectivity.Prior experience in Oracle OTM, WMS (Infor), and TMS (Cargowise One) is an advantage. As the business implementation and business process manager responsible for coordinating business and IT to manage the implementation of client-specific IT projects, you will take on the implementation, maintenance, and operational excellence with regard to IT applications and business processes for our VVIP customer.
